TERMS OF TRADE

Booking requests can be secured by a credit card that can cover the deposit. The deposit is not charged to your credit card unless the cancellation policy needs to be applied.

Full payment for accommodation will be required at check-in.

Mastercard/Visa or cash is accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Double View is a small B&B and cancellations affect the business greatly. In the event of cancelling your booking the following fees apply.

1. The deposit of quoted tariff if cancelled within 30 days of reservation date
2. 100% of the total booking if cancellation occurs within 14 days of reservation date

If the booking is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances I will endeavour to understand and judge each situation on its own merits.
